The Rainbow Bridge

A gentle Samhain ceremony to sit once more with the ones you love. Your free guided journey and illustrated guide, from Ascended Master Chung Fu's Samhain teaching.

Chung Fu has taught this journey at Samhain for many years, and Priestess Sally has guided many people through it. It's a gentle, guided practice where you cross the bridge of light, meet your beloved in a quiet meeting place, say what you never got to say, and come home to your body carrying their love.

• Takes about 20 to 30 minutes, and you only need your breath and your love
• You don't need to see or hear anything, a warmth in the chest is plenty
• Light a candle, keep it simple, and do it tonight if you wish
• Keep the illustrated guide (PDF) to read on your phone or print, and come back to it every Samhain
